1. Deposit:A €20.00 deposit must be paid for each Sponsorship Pack. This deposit is non refundable.
1.1 Contact: The full contact details (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) must be given to Skydive 4 Charity for each person to receive a Sponsorship Pack. The Charity to benefit from fundraising must be nominated.
1.2 Sponsorship Pack: The fundraiser will receive a Sponsorship Pack containing a letter confirming receipt of the deposit and confirmation of what Charity the funds are being raised in aid of. A Skydive 4 Charity Sponsorship Card will be issued with the Fundraisers name and the chosen Charity written or printed on the card, tips on how best to fundraise and a copy of these terms & conditions.
1.3 Fundraising: The allocated period to fundraise is 13 weeks. After 5 weeks of issuing the Sponsorship Card/s, Skydive 4 Charity will contact the fundraiser. This is to establish when the fundraiser will reach their target. If you raise less than €300 in total we would ask you to return your raised funds to those who sponsored you as you can not do a Tandem Skydive (Parachute Jump) in aid of Charity, Although sponsors may wish the Charity to benefit anyhow. Any funds transferred to us in this instance will be forwarded to the charity without any fee being deducted. If you have raised above €300 in total get in touch with us and we will seek permission from your Chosen Charity to see if you can proceed with your Tandem Skydive (Parachute Jump). Need more time? The standard fundraising period is 13 weeks and this should always be your deadline. Extensions are exceptions.
1.4 Skydive Date and Follow up: Skydive 4 Charity will book the fundraiser into an affiliated Parachute Centre on a date agreed only when the fundraiser pays a further €280.00 with a view to having their minimum target reached in advance of the Skydive date. 10 days prior to the Skydive date, the balance must be paid to Skydive 4 Charity. The cost of the Tandem Skydive, €300.00 (20 deposit and further 280) will be deducted from the sponsorship raised in full agreement with the Charity. The Fundraiser will have 2 weeks from the date of their Skydive to collect all outstanding sponsored funds and return the Sponsorship card along with all outstanding funds to Skydive 4 Charity.
1.5 Confirmation & Transparency: Skydive 4 Charity will send a letter or email to the Fundraiser, confirming receipt of all funds paid to Skydive 4 Charity along with confirmation that Skydive 4 Charity has forwarded funds onto the Fundraisers chosen Charity less the cost of the Skydive experience. If €600.00 is raised, the Charity will receive a minimum of €300.00. Skydive4 Charity will forward payment onto the Fundraisers chosen charity.
1.6 Confidentiality: Skydive 4 Charity confirm they will hold all confidential information concerning Fundraisers in confidence and this to include Credit & Laser Card information which will be only transmitted in encrypted form.
2. Parachute Centre/s: The Parachute Centre/s are a separate entity and company from Skydive 4 Charity. We accept no liability whatsoever arising from any of the activities the Fundraiser participates in and/or whilst the Fundraiser is on the premises of the participating Parachute Centre/s.
2.1 Postponement or Cancellation: Skydive 4 Charity will not be liable for any damage or loss to Fundraiser whereby such damage or loss arises from the actions or non-actions of the participating Parachute Centre/s leading to postponement and/or cancellation of any Skydive which has been agreed between the Fundraiser, Skydive 4 Charity and the participating Parachute Centre.
2.3 Participating Parachute Centre/s: Activities, Location and Contact details: Skydive 4 Charity will not be liable for any loss or damage to Fundraiser arising from a change in the participating Helicopter Centre Activities provided, location and/or contact details.
2.3 Age & Weight: There is no age limit. If under 18 years of age, Parent/s written consent must be provided. This may be done on the actual Skydive date at the Parachute Centre when a parent obviously needs to be present.
If over 50 a letter of fitness Must be provided by your Doctor.
Weight limit is 16 Stone (225 lbs) (102 kg) per person
3. Terms: Skydive 4 Charity reserve the right to modify, amend or change in any way these Terms and Conditions without notification to any other Party.
